Once you’re comfortable, Dr. Mapanao will carefully drill a small hole through your gums and into your jawbone to insert the mini implant post. She will attach a temporary crown, bridge, or denture once the implant(s) are securely in place. Meanwhile, dental lab technicians will create your custom restoration using impressions of your teeth.
